I’ve been very pleased with Best Buy for delivery and setup. I had a tv mounted and the team did an exceptional job and even hauled away my old tv for recycling. I’m planning another tv purchase and will definitely use again for mounting.

First group was OK. Helped me get it so Chrome display would Cast to TV. Second trip guy was totally great. He really knew his stuff and helped me get an HDMI connection between the TV and my computer so I could display my trip photos. First group didn't seem to have a solution for that. Had to have the second trip because the thin mount sold to me was too thin for the plug end to fit behind the TV into the wall outlet behind the TV. So, had to have second trip to remove the thin mount and replace with the deeper one. Also, even though I said I wanted the sound bar hung, the salesman did not sell me a mount for that so the second Geek did that. Cannot praise #2 enough although #1 was OK.

as long as you get professional Best Buy agents installation is great. I had to have 4 different service calls, two due to third party contractors.

The guys were punctual and professional. They made very sensical product recommendations and saved me some money.

The setup went well explain to while setting up my tv and how turn and move it forward I was happy when everything was finish looks great

Honestly much better than hiring someone random to do the job! They were quick friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Took measurements to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted ! Highly recommend

Excellent, friendly , knowledgeable. They even moved the mount down for me due to the holes on the new tv not being in the same location.

The techs sent to my house were very knowledgeable and spent time to explain everything to us. They were also neat in cleaning up after themselves. They had the install completed very quickly.
