Forgot i never wrote this. Guys were in and out easily and cleaned up after their work. set the TV at the desired height which was above 8ft and showed how the mount works for my knowledge. worth the service than any mishandling on self-effort.

The techs arrived on time and called also. Installed my tv,new tv mount and setup internet. I feel so spoiled with the fantastic service. Thank you!

These young men were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, fast and clean. They kept us updated about arrival time and there was no mess left behind. I opted for this service because this large TV needed to be wall-mounted. That said, I’d love to know that the “Geeks” were getting every penny of the cost of this service, because it was expensive for under 30 minutes of work, and I doubt Best Buy pays them that well!

I have used the Geek Squad to install a Frame TV in my office and 2 TV's in my house. I then called them back to move a TV to a different wall. GREAT Service every time. They took the time to hook up everything and to show my son and I how to use everything.

Max was superb in mounting the TV and sound bar and helping me troubleshoot connecting them to a new WiFi network.

The power source on my high end Sony TV went within a year of purchase. Sony would replace the power unit, but would not remove the tv and replace on the wall. After the power unit was replaced the Geek squad came out to remount and relevel the TV and to tie the bundle of cords behind the TV.

The techs done an excellent job and showed patience while helping me to understand how things worked.

The installer was excellent and gave instructions and answered any questions we had.

Agents Mike and nick did an awesome job with our installation. They took time to explain what they we’re doing with regards to drilling the holes and mounting of our rack. We are very pleased with our new TV!
