I used this TV while I was waiting for my replacement for a broken one and it was great. It's going in a camper so really can't say anything more at this point.

The Geek Squad agents arrived on time, mounted and installed our new tv in a reasonable amount of time, and made sure we were comfortable operating the tv before leaving.

The third party crew was efficient, not at all explanatory about what.they are doing. It was not their fault that their instructions were incomplete. They didn't install the outlet on wall behind the TV. Cords are now hanging freely, not tucked away. They weren't told the TV was to be installed over fireplace but they did hang it there. They were irritated by this issue and the fact that I was mad. At end, I was quickly taken through functions of the TV and soundbar. They took all packaging away. Would have been nice to have some info on the mounting frame. It should tilt downward but it doesn't. So I took a star off for that.

The mounting of our 85" Samsung QLED TV was not typical as it had to be mounted in our church sanctuary. The installers got it EXACTLY they way we needed. I (the pastor) was VERY impressed. It took them less than an hour to get it mounted & set up.

The agents were professional and were very knowledgeable. Had the tv mounted in no time.

We were impressed that only one tech showed up to mount our outdoor television. Although he was an hour late he called prior to the initial time and was very apologetic. After installing the tv he made sure we were able to sign in and even installed a sound bar we purchased. Thank you so much!

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful team.

The Geek Squad team was very professional in their attitude and appearance. Consulted with me on placement of my TVs and explained their decision making. Taped out where TV would be on fireplace and large walls before making holes. They were very careful with the equipment being installed and to ensure the minimal drilling of holes into walls/brick (measure twice, cut once). Wore protective covering on their feet. I had a TV that was damaged out of the box. They took care of the return/reorder and will be back out this week to install the new one. I bought the Totaltech membership and the install was at no additional cost to me. The membership is worth it if you don't want to install it yourself.

The agents helped mount a TV in a tricky corner - great service, extremely friendly and cleaned up. Definitely recommend the Geek Squad services!

There wasn't anything geek about these guys, my install went smooth, everything being done was explained. They arrived on time, knew there stuff, no blunder, had all my equipment, it just great, I would use this service again

The guys were professional and efficient. Lead technician showed me how to do the streaming. I would have never been able to set the TV up without them.
