Extremely professional and personable. Did a very good job adjusting my wall mount and mounting the TV.

Professionalism, fast and easy looking process of the installation TV to the wall. First what impressed me is the level of excellent communication. When he walked inside the apartment, he wears the shoe covers to protect the floor from damaging and getting dirty. We had very nice and pleasant conversation, well educated in his field. Experienced, respectful, neat , quick, done the job with a minimum possible amount of dirt and surprisingly left the work place very clean after installing the Tv on the drywall.

They arrived on time and did a great job installing our tv on a stone fireplace. Very impressed with their work.

our installer Art and his assistant were just wonderful. They had a minor adjustment to do after the fact, and Art came back to our home a few days later. He said everything up and now it’s working perfectly.

TV mount is working well. Doing the job and seems sturdy. Geek Squad techs were so thorough and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job.

Very courteous, clean and efficient. They fixed the issues that the original vendor Best Buy sent could not.

The agreement I had with the geek squad was to install to holding brackets and mount two TV’s. However, the brackets for the sound bar were not with the sound bar brackets. The geek squad tech said he would return in a couple of days with brackets and putting cables in the wall. It has now been over a month and nothing from this tech. The tech was a great guy and did excellent work on the areas completed. The overall issue is no return follow up as promised. I also gave the lower rating for the communication lack between order taker, parts department. I would just like to have it completed

Nice work but a little expensive. Clean up was good.
