They were extremely polite, respectful of my things, knew their stuff, explained everything thoroughly, did a great job, and probably left the area cleaner than when they got there. Only problem was the installation crew locked their keys in the van. They had to wait on a locksmith and we had to purchase a stud finder since they did not have one.
