Nigel, the technician did an awesome job mounting our new tv on the wall, He was very professional and explained the directions on how to move the mount properly.

Jeff and D'andre were the specialists assigned to do the install of my new tv and surround sound system. The work they did was really top notch and I was impressed with both their friendliness and problem solving for setting things up exactly how I wanted it. They both went above and beyond to ensure that my family will be enjoying our new set-up moving forward. Both Geek Squad agents were polite and professional. Usually, I do all my own installation, but mounting a 85 inch TV on the wall was a b it too much for my. Geek Squad arrived on time and completed the mounting and setup quickly.

The Geek Squad installers did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations! The installation of our wall mounted TV and in-wall speakers was done flawlessly.

The installers were professional, courteous and totally upfront about not needing some items I purchased (in-wall cable concealer, didn't need it because was for a Samsung Art tv). They were open to explore my request for a particular install (needed the cables run elsewhere), but were also upfront about why they weren't able to do it. I recommend TotalTech because install for both TVs I purchased was free.

After setting up delivery and installation online three times and having no one show up, finally on the fourth try the Geek squad finally arrived and set up the new TV, but they failed to instruct my husband on use of the remote. He needed me to guide him for weeks. Bummer!

Since I have a subscription to Geek Squad the installation was less. The tram they sent were courteous and professional. Everything went smoothly and they were done in a flash. Thanks Geek Squad!

The Tech was there right on time. Was respectful of my house and things and did a great job of mounting the TV and connecting everything. He also helped with some adjustments to the TV that helped quite a bit. Excellent experience.

The guys did a great job. Super professional. We wanted to tip them but they refused and informed us it was not allowed by Best Buy policy. They deserve some kind of bonus or recognition. Best install we’ve ever had.
