The service was great! It was done professionally with almost no intrusion. Brandon was very patient with all my questions and made sure that I understood the system before leaving. I appreciate the work he and his partner did.

The agent was on time and very friendly. He connected my tv to all devices and showed me how to use them five thumbs up!!!

Paid for delivery, mounting and setup at the premium price $149.99 and was told that hauling away the old tv would be extra, be aware that the premium price does not include hauling the old tv away. I chatted with Best Buy several times and that’s what they told me.

Our installer did an outstanding job. He was very professional and much faster than expected. He took the time to make sure he installed the TV in the exact spot we wanted. Before he left, he made sure we were fully trained.

Best Buy Geek Squad called in to hang TV on wall. Guys were careful with working over furniture, cleaned up after they finished and even set up the remote control to toggle between Apple TV and cable box. Will call back again.

I purchased a TV they brought it they mounted on to the wall. They set it up and they took the old TV all because I’m a total tech member.

The install date was changed with no notification to me. I found out about it when I called the night before the delivery was supposed to occur. When the rescheduled date arrived, only one member of the two man team showed up. The one who showed up gets a five, but the overall rating suffers because of the schedule foulup and the no-show.

The team that did the install were one of the sub contractor teams and they were fantastic. They were extremely professional and friendly. I would have them to an install in the future.

Very happy with their service. These guys mounted a 82 inch TV above a fireplace and 2 other rooms and worked really fast. I love dealing with the guys from Geek Squad they really are knowledgeable and honest.

This was to remove (raise) an existing TV wall mount. Anthony Donaldson did a good job with the installation, but he was a few hours later than scheduled.

The Geeks delivered my three T.V.s and installed them on three of our walls. They connected them to the internet and gave us instructions on how to use them. One did not work properly. We call them back. They brought a new T.V. and installed it the following day. It worked great. These guys know their stuff.

The Agents have now installed two TV's and have done an excellent job. I think is what Best Buy support and installation does best. They were on time, clean and did the work efficiency. Very happy with the installation support.
