The mounting and setup service from The Geek Squad was super. They explained everything, got my input on how I wanted the settings, asked how we use the tv and streaming devices, and took care of everything from tying up the cords to carefully removing the old screen and packaging. Friendly, fun, worth every penny.

The television is great, a couple small add-ons needed to be purchased to adapt my Bose system and cable to get the best sound and picture. The G squad guys were great and professional with the installation and removal process and setup.

Although I was given a BETWEEN 12 and 4 pm window of arrival, at 11:51 am, I received text saying they were 5 minutes away. At 12:02, I asked for 10 minutes to get myself appropriately dressed (just out of shower) and at 12:03 Zach says they had already been there 10 minutes and couldn't wait! The whole ETA notification process was rushed, inconsiderate and disrespectful. However, since I made it to the door and they were able to proceed, I was satisfied with the overall setup and install to my floor TV stand.

Aaron and Rolando helped install the tv mounting to the wall and installed the ring alarm cameras. They were awesome. Went above and beyond. Really appreciate their professionalism and great service!!

Geek Squad did a great job installing my TV. It was a fairly high wall mount, but they got it mounted quickly and without issue.
