Stacey is amazing. She helped me select the best location for my TV and best way to hide the wires and the cable box. After she and Jason installed my TV, Stacey taught me how to operate it via remote control and wireless keyboard... with incredible patience!

The setup went well explain to while setting up my tv and how turn and move it forward I was happy when everything was finish looks great

Matt and Landan installed our large tv and apparently the part of the tv mount that holds it in place for you while mounting the tv was broken and they had to work extra hard but did a great job with smiles on their faces! Great job guys!

Great, personable, and knowledgeable Geek Squad installers. Although my tv was mounted without the behind the wall installation due to my electrical outlet situation. They were great with the installation and setup of my tv.

Was very pleased with the service, but I’ve since taken it down. No problem with the install but, it was above an outdoor fireplace and my tv was melting. No fault of geek squad. Just a bad design by my builder. All is well now.

The two guys came to install my 75 inch tv and did it really fast. They took away the trash and box that came with the tv but at the end they didn't answer all my questions for I felt they were in a rush to get to other appointments. They do ask you how you want the tv set up and help you envision after the setup.

The agents did a great job once they saw I wasn't about to buy their tv mounts which cost more when I had already purchased the ones I wanted to use which had more functions to it & was cheaper.

Excellent, friendly , knowledgeable. They even moved the mount down for me due to the holes on the new tv not being in the same location.

Thr agents mounted the tv and the quality of the picture is great this is my second one will buy again
