The Geek Squad team was awesome. Not only where they on time the were professional and respectful. The consulted me on all aspect of mounting process. And after the mounting was complete, the walked me through the setup and apps that came with my tv.

Jarod Heintz was my installer! He was so fast getting my 75” TV mounted and he took the time to walk me thru the set up. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as explaining all the functions the TV offered. He listened intently to any conveniences I requested from my TV and he educated me on how to access them if I wanted to make any further changes! My TV’s technology was intimidating at first but he made it very easy for me! I would be stumbling around had Jarod not been here to make it such a pleasurable and educational experience! They had a tough task for where we wanted the TV but they got it done and it looks amazing. They were very professional and I will always have Geek Squad come hook up my tv whenever I get a new one.

We weren’t exactly sure where we should mount the TV on the wall, so Geek Squad took the time to help us measure and try different spots, until we found the one that worked. They were very knowledgeable and their expertise helped make the installation run smoothly.

Geek Squad showed up to mount my television above my console. They were able to supply the various cords I did not have and had me hooked up in no time. They also hooked up my new direct tv and took the time to explain the how the new remote worked and set it up so I only needed to use one. And when they were done, they cleaned up the area and took the boxes with them! Went above and beyond. Very happy with the service.

This is my 2nd wall mount with these guys in the last 60 days after moving into a new home, and it went great again. They are knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, professional, and nail the clean up as well.

Geek squad came and quickly installed TV. Tech ided some problems with my cable wire and i was abled to get carrier to come out and replace. Only suggestion is for tech to spend a few extra mins reviewing the working for people like me who are not computer savy.

The wall mounting service was excellent. the technicians took care in covering the area and were very precise with with their installation. My only suggestion is to have everything prepared for the installation (wifi and cable equipment ready including passwords etc).

The geek squad guys arrived earlier than planned! Installing was a breeze, and I forgot to order a mount but luckily they had extras. They made several great recommendations for accessories and protection plans.

The Geek Squad agents were great. Mounted 3 TVs and 2 sounders in quick order. The store did not sell me the correct mount for one of the TVs but they had it on the truck. They set up the TVs and all my streaming and made sure everything was good to go and I understood the remotes. They were professional and competent
