The agents did a nice job installing the TV and the mount. Everything was connected well and they explained what we needed to do. It wasn’t the installers fault but we weren’t happy that no one told us ahead of time that we had to pay extra to have the TV installed over our fireplace.

Samsung is much better quality picture wise and sound wise it’s very low definitely need a sound bar.

Geoff and associate first came out to consult with us regarding a new home theater setup. They gave great advice with suggestions that would work great for us while saving us money. Once we decided on our course of action and bought the equipment they came out and set it all up. Then spent the time explaining all the ins and out of operation.
