The Geek Squad agents were very professional. The completed mounting the new TV to the wall. They also mounted a second TV that they moved rather than the scheduled stand addition. Excellent job.

Delivery was later than the window they originally quoted me the day before that's why only 4 stars. Once they got to my house they were pretty good. Installed my new tv and moved my older tv to another room. Clean, wore their masks and were happy to explain how to use the remote on the new tv.

The guys who installed our TV were very friendly, quick working, patient, and helpful in making sure that we were comfortable with how the TV looked and sounded and showing how it works.

The guys that came and installed and hung our televisions were nothing short of awesome. The cleaned up after themselves and were good to explain what they were doing and how to operate the televisions after they were finished. I highly recommend them.

The Geek Squad mounted my 85” TV with wireless cable box and two gaming systems. Everything looked and operated perfectly when they were done. And, they were in and out again quickly. Thank you for another job well done, Best Buy!

We received a call canceling the installation on the date of install. A few hours later the installers showed up anyway with our 65” tv laying on its side in a Honda Accord. Installation went okay, but the lead installer asked if we would dispose of the box. We declined, since that should be included with the installation service. Tipped anyway.

Great job by squad They were very helpful answered all her questions took out old unit,I would definitely use the geek squad again the general manager of the Framingham store was terrific and the sales department very helpful.

I decided to have Geek Squad deliver , install and set up my new TV. It was a pleasant experience and well worth the cost.

Great service - 1) called day before to confirm 2) called day of to confirm 3) showed up on time (so far Comcast could learn a thing or two from these guys!) 4) first tech came in while waiting for the second to come with the TV. I showed him the room, the old TV, explained how it was currently wired through the wall. When we powered it up, guess what, we had sound but no picture!!! My old TV decided to die the same day my new TV was to arrive!!! Karma baby!! 5) Second tech came with the TV, and the two of them worked together to take the old one down, wire the new one the way I wanted. Second tech then left, taking the old TV with him (for which I was very grateful -- what am I going to do with a 200 pound plasma TV that isn't working!?!) 6) Once it was powered up, he ran through the set up (asking me to put passwords in where needed, etc.). Then he asked me if I had any questions -- which I did -- and he answered all those, cleaned up and left. A+ to Geek Squad!

The new tv only needed the base screwed on. The tv was placed in ab edroom cabinet and the cable and power cords plugged in. There was no wall mounting. This took about five minutes.
