The agents delivered, unpacked, mounted, installed with all my devices, and configured everything. When they left everything was ready to go.

The agents came and mounted my tv pretty quickly. They were very nice and friendly. They also took into consideration on how high I wanted my tv to be. Overall, I received the best service with Geek Squad and will be using them for future needs.

Although the TV could not be hung on the wall due to a problem with the TV itself, the team did a great job trying, and when we received the replacement TV, the same team did a superb job in getting it wall-mounted.

2 very nice guys came with our television. One of the men name was Chris. Set the TV just perfect. They kept my floors clean by putting on those funny booties & was happy to see that. Would recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you Gentlemen!!!.

Four geek squad members showed up at my house on time and even called when they were on the way. They were very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. They set everything up and answered every question I had.

They came earlier than the time slot which was great. Got that big Tv up on the wall quickly and carefully and helped set it up.

The Geek Squad installed a wall mount, in wall hidden cabling and my LG TV. They returned later to replace the 65" tv I had bought with a larger one, when I decided to upgrade. Both experiences were excellent! The Geek Squad members were friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and exceeded my expectations.

The agent attached the mount to the wall and mounted and set up my new TV. He was very fast and left no mess behind. He was polite and thorough in answering all my questions. A truly great experience!
