Geek Squad did an excellent job mounting my TV. It looks great.

Excellent, competent, friendly service. The Geek Squad was a delight to work with. Thank you! (Not a comment on the individuals who came to our house, but the delivery scheduling process was quite frustrating. The first time they canceled because they didn't have 2 people. Then they give a 12 hour window, 7 am - 7 pm that is narrowed to a 4 hour window last minute. The scheduling system is difficult for individuals with busy work schedules who can't be available all day.)

They done an excellent job, best thing I done was have them install and set up. They were great very satisfied with their work.

The gentleman that was sent to install my tv was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, cleaned everything up and made sure I was comfortable with all the how to's in a very short time.

Installer was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

Geek Squad installed four TVs, three of them were over 68”. All look great and were placed exactly where we wanted them. Great job!

I'm so pleased with my "on the wall" TV installation. I didn't put it up myself, but had the Geek Squad do it, since I'm very short. The TV mounting is strong and completely hidden behind the TV. I'm very happy with it!

Geek Squad installed/mounted our TV to our brick fireplace wall, and did so in a prompt and professional manner, by explaining every step of the process. They respectfully wore their PPE the entire time and did so with no complaints.

The service was excellent. The technical team was responsive and prompt. They made sure I understood everything they were doing and that I had a say in how high I wanted to TV mounted.

I buy all my electronics from Best Buy because they do offer the Geek Squad service and their Total Tech Plans.

In and out… gave me great advice and mounted the TV just how I wanted. Had to pay extra to mount over the fireplace but it is what it is.

Mike and the other team member did an excellent job. They took their time explaining how to operate the new tv.

My wife and I purchased the LG 86"LED tv, The Geek Squad installed it and it is perfect! The picture is clear the sound is great and the Geek Squad's installation was level and they answered all of my questions. Thank you!!!

His technician arrived right on time was extremely professional made sure where I wanted it placed on the wall within the hour it was installed cleaned up his mess fantastic would definitely doing it again

Excellent install. The techs were courteous, sent a text prior to arrival, and on time. The install was completed in under an hour.

After scheduling two weeks in advance, they were late so we had to reschedule - then for $200 all they did was screw the mount into the back of the TV - a 3 minute job for $200. WOW! Why didn't I do it myself? I was in Dallas, or I would have! I figured that for $200, they would do a good job. The new TV screw holes are higher than the old TV screw holes, but do you think that for $200 Geek Squad would mount the TV's even? Nope! The installer said he would even them out if we pay him more, but $200 should have been enough to do a good job. I wasn't going to keep throwing money away. I scheduled someone else to come and make the TV's even. (and they didn't charge $200). I will NEVER use Geek Squad again, and I'm an ElitePlus member (Over $5000 per year spent) at Best Buy. I need to find a new place to buy my TV's, tablets, phones and computers. It is sad that when someone spends over $1400 for a TV and install, and Geek Squad gives them this embarrassment! Mark installed our tv mount and tv. He did a great job. Was very polite, cleaned up the mess and it did not take him long at all. Highly recommend!! Thank you Mark.

The employees were efficient and gave good information of how to set up and add different channels. They were neat and orderly when taking the tv down.
