The agent that did my wall mount was awesome and helped me a lot about learning about the tv and was super nice and friendly and knowledgeable!!

Best Buy crew arrived on time. Set tv and cable and blue ray up, bundled wires so they were not noticeable and cleaned up. Then spent time going over features and gave some hints. Hooked up Netflix and Amazon. Couldn't have gone better.

Removed old tv from wall and mounted the new tv on the wall. Added all equipment and programmed remote for use. Cleaned up after install and replaced dresser I had moved out of the way before they arrived.

Excellent, efficient, and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what needed to be done and they cleaned up after themselves. Oh, yeah, the wall mount is perfect!

The Geek Squad was super helpful and did a great job installing my new TV and bracket to go with it! 3 ladies came and they unpacked everything and got it all installed and set up for me in a short amount of time! I would definitely recommend using the geek squad service!

Can't say enough good things about the GEEK SQUAD. Had problems at first with staying on the internet but when they came out, THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO USE EVERYTHING, EVEN THE ROUTER, and I have NOT had any problems since. Worth every penny.

Samsung is much better quality picture wise and sound wise it’s very low definitely need a sound bar.
