wonderful to have my sound system back and connected to TV; techs were wonderful, answered all my questions, took extra time to make sure I could make it all work

The crew came in and set the mount as we discussed and cleaned up after themselves. I had it go into a rock wall and the peace of mind to have a professional do this was worth it.

We mounted our 75” TV in our bedroom. After over a year, their is no change. The mount is doing its job and the installation was a breeze, courtesy of Geek Squad.

The GeekSquad delivered and set up my 75” TV including mounting it on the wall. The techs connected the new sound bar and Roku in addition to my DVD player. They were knowledgeable and took time to make sure I was comfortable with operating the equipment. They confirmed the placement of the wall mounting unit and were considerate of my home and furnishings during the delivery and installation. Well I had 2 things done in 2 different locations. First in Hialeah Florida, wow this was a “Crew”. Awesome. Second was in Bronx, they we’re good as well. It’s just the first team awesome me. Question who can I talk to, in order to place a big complaint????

Making the appointment thru the 800 number wasn’t the best but the guys who did the install were professional and very good at their job. Very personable
