The install was done very professionally and efficiently. They gave me a thorough explanation of how it worked. Friendly and helpful.

The install of my new Samsung 50” 4K tv with new wall mount is almost perfect. This our problem, we are hearing static like noise from our sound bar. I have felt the wire connections several times for tightness. When I move sound bar slightly sometimes it stops sometimes it doesn’t. I would like geek squad to recheck my wires!!

The two men who set up my tv were so nice. The main guy in charged helped us set up our fire stick. Both were so pleasant and did a great job

We purchased our new 43" Sony TV and Kanto tabletop TV stand at Best Buy in no small part because we had read and heard that Best Buy's service is the best, and we're here to say it's true. The amazing team of Irelis and Joban did everything for us: deliver our new TV, open and assemble our Kanto stand which had been delivered separately, mount the TV, get us connected, and make sure we understood and could operate our new system before they left. They were terrific: prompt, professional, efficient, patient, courteous, pleasant, good-humored and just a total joy to have in our homes. We can't praise them highly enough. We were very, very impressed.

Guys that came out were great. Speedy, professional, and installed perfectly. They answered my dumb questions with respect and didn't leave a mess. Definitely worth not doing it myself.

This geek squad service was great they came in hung a 75 in tv on a swivel mount. Nade sure i like the spot. They were fast, efficient, clean and friendly definitely recommend them

Agents came in with the Tv and all the stuff we ordered. Hooked it all up and explained everything. Had to come back and fix a wire and a setting but not a problem. They were very knowledgeable, timely and mannerly.

Jonathan and his associate was great. At time my t.v. mount had not arrive before my scheduled appointment they had an extra on with them. But right before they hung there's mind had arrived.

Fernando was really helpful in scheduling our appointment. Found a time slot that worked for us & set the tone for project success. Johnathan & Nathan were true pros for the outdoor soundbar installation project. Nathan was extraordinary. He & Charles installed our Peerless 65” outdoor TV last month & it looks & works fantastic! Just a wonderful TV for our screened in porch. For the soundbar, Nathan demonstrated great initiative by coordinating with Johnathan for installation since he was already familiar with our TV installation. Can’t say enough good about Nathan! TV with with Peerless soundbar create a great movie & sports experience!

They took time to setup the TV and answered all the questions that I had for them and the TV.

Austin is the best install person that we have ever had as Best Buy Total Tech members for years. He helped us to pick the correct mounting hardware, which is well made, and then he measured the wall for studs, did a perfect mounting, with assistance by Matthew. These two lads are a sterling example of skill sets needed to represent Geek Squad, and we appreciated the easy visit to "Git 'er Done !"

Best Buy's local installer; Aaron, has done an excellent job in our home with all installs of our televisions, speakers, etc. His attention to detail and work ethic is a plus for Best Buy!

The Squad was professional , courteous, efficient. I have mounted televisions before . it was a pain. I will not even think about doing it if I can get the Greek squad to do it, period.

The two Geek Squad crew members were terrific - so professional and knowledgeable. They hung my new TV and di ana amazing job.

The install went quickly. The only thing that I would recommend that is if you are also having them program a remote, please let them know that they might need one of their computers to complete the programing.
