Love the Geek Squad! We made the investment in the new TV and sound system, and wanted it set up right. Well worth the additional cost. They did an amazing job, highly recommend!

The agents came early, quickly assessed the situation, and mounted the TV quickly and professionally. I think it took them only about 15 minutes, which was faster than it took me when I tried to mount my own TV.

Very neat and asked questions to assure the finished installation met our needs. Wrapped up the numerous wires so they did not dangle below the set. Made certain our streaming channels were signed into correctly and that we knew how to use the features.

The crew quickly unpacked the 2 devices for mounting my large TV and the sound bar. It didn't take them long to mount the bracket and run the wiring. Setup the sound bar just as easily. In and out within an hour. Courteous, skilled and knowledgeable.

Geek Squad mounted and installed with existing wall mount with no problem. Only issue was trying to synch old soundbar without HDMI. Agent tried his best to find a code that would connect soundbar to TV but without success.

Was installed by the Geek squad so it was easy for me looks good on the wall. My advise is let the geek squad install it.

Two techs showed up. One that I remember from a previous mounting. Very professional and got right to it on a Friday afternoon. Took my mount out of the box that I purchased from Amazon and assembled it and mounted my 65 in. Took about 30 mins.

The convenience of the mounting Frame is a big plus. It allows you to tilt the monitor in any direction to suit your audience.

The techs that came to my home knew exactly what to do. They asked me a couple of questions to understand my needs and then they went straight to work. They were quick and efficient. I am looking for other things around the house I can have them do.

We have had them out for multiple installs at this point and they even went out of their way to help me get some items that were out of stock at their location to make sure I had all my stuff set up in time for my house warming party! Much appreciated!

The Geek Squad technician mounted my new LG OLED TV to the wall, ran through the setup with my husband and me and demonstrated how to use key features and change key settings. He was very helpful!
