We had the geek squad mountt our tv and connect to tv box. The tv miunt is great and having a box to connect all the stuff that needs connecting is great. Just wish the great salesperson who helped us in the store told us about the box and size of it.

The Geek Squad took my old TV off the wall, stored it for me and mounted the new Sony. They made sure everything worked correctly and even did a sound check on my sound system to ensure that it was working at optimum. I would recommend them for anyone needing a professional install.

The gentlemen who installed our TV were excellent. Very positive, helpful, provided good information about the TV and it's setup and how to use it. They even checked back twice to see if everything was ok.

The Geek Squad tech, Sean, is an ASSET to the Best Buy's Geek Squad team!!! He was extremely professional, thorough, and installed our TV with such great care. This is my first time using Geek Squad and honestly it has been a wonderful experience. Sean is also very knowledgeable about TVs, its setup, and associated settings. We has multiple questions and he answered all of them in detail. Sean knows his stuff. I was pleasantly surprised he knew so much. He even followed up with us to make sure we are having a great experience with our TV and everything is working per our expectations. Simply put, Sean is the BEST, and I MEAN, THE BEST, technician we have come across!! Best Buy, you need to give Sean a raise!! :)

The 2 gentlemen arrived and installed my tv in a timely and pleasant manner. I have since relied on them to answer two questions for me and all the questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction.

Service window was 7 am to 1 pm. Geek squard arrived at 9:15 am. The two gentlemen were curtious, professional & knowledgeable. TV was hung and cleanup was done by 9:45. Very pleases.
