Professional Efficiency was excellent and patience of JOB

Best thing you can do is go with the squad. They do an excellent job and I haven’t ever had a problem within the 3 years my tv’s have been put up or taken down to move to another house.

I have nothing but good things to say about them have mounting my 86 inch TV via brick. I have had nothing but great experiences with the Geek Squad

The squad setup my tv with no problems. We were shown how to operate all remotes.

We are extremely happy with Darius and Steve. They came in installed the TV and Sound Bar very quickly. Showed us how to work the remote answered all our questions and did an amazing job of cleaning up.

The service was great, they installed my 65 inch t.v in a hard to reach spot perfectly very professional they should work for NASA they because they are so smart and saved me the hassle of going to pick it up and bringing it home and loading and off loading, doing all of that can be a nightmare so I am glad best buy took care of all that trouble. All I had to do was just lay here and best buy did all the foot work.

The guys who came to install my new tv were so nice, friendly, and respectful. I enjoyed speaking with them and they installed and set up my tv perfectly. They were truly excellent!

The installers did a great job of mounting the tv. Not happy that they recommended putting an outlet behind the tv as it was unnecessary. I didn’t realize it was unnecessary until I went to install the sound bar. The hdmi cable would have been better concealed going directly from tv to sound bar. I still need to connect the cord to the surge protector. The tv cord would have reached the surge protector without the need of th outlet. I’m still going to conceal the wires with some plants or something.

Geek Squad installed my new LG 65” with great results. They answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand.

Tech where very professional and when enter home they put on there covers for the carpet I told them it was ok but they respect my demand and that just service with a smile
