The Geek Squad has been excellent every time they have delivered my TV's and mounting brackets - very professional and helpful in learning how to operate the TV

Geek squad installed our new big screen TV using a mount that allowed them to center it even though the 24" on center stud spacing made it difficult. Connected it to my WI-FI system so everything worked perfectly upon start up. Quick and professional.

The bracket and sound bar installation went great. The Geek Squad person was very professional and very helpful.

Best Buy crew arrived on time. Set tv and cable and blue ray up, bundled wires so they were not noticeable and cleaned up. Then spent time going over features and gave some hints. Hooked up Netflix and Amazon. Couldn't have gone better.

No complaints, on time, very professional, mounted tv and Sony sound bar, connected all so it worked seamlessly, very pleased with Geek Squad

The agents who mounted my TV were two of the most professional technicians I have worked with. They completed the installation and hauled off all of the excessive packagings from my television.

They mounted my TV and connected all of my devices also explained the TV remote and different options on the TV Great service however a little pricey since I was having two TVs mounted they could have gave a little bit of a discount since they were here anyway

Antonio & his assistant were extremely professional & knowledgeable to install our new TCR 55" TV & TCR sound bar. They worked well as a team & I was very happy to have them pair up our new TV & Astound cable & then, show us exactly what we needed to know.

These guys are awesome. This is the second time they have come to my house. With service like this, i won't go anywhere else.

Geek Squad showed us how to use the remotes, 1 with the TV & Optimum remote. Gave good, understandable instructions.

The installers that mounted my television went above and beyond!!! They fitted the TV perfectly, even though they had to modify the mount to make it work. They also relocated my wires in the wall after I had to move the mount.

The young men were excellent. Set up TV and sound bar and made sure I knew how everything worked. They weren't here very long and did a good job.

I thought the guys did a very good job mounting my tv and sound bar over my fireplace. They were very nice and accommodating.

TV was delivered and mounted above the fireplace. The TV head replaced was connected in the guestroom. Good service.

With my move to the new home, the team was on time and efficient with the TV mount install in the new home.

Can't say enough good things about the GEEK SQUAD. Had problems at first with staying on the internet but when they came out, THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO USE EVERYTHING, EVEN THE ROUTER, and I have NOT had any problems since. Worth every penny.
