I purchased an LG 65” oled E8 from Best Buy and had them install it on the family room wall. Very courteous staff and installed patiently. Few hiccups in item arrival and delays as a result, but all went smoothly after item arrived.

These guys are fantastic. Not only are they polite and professional but they explain and demonstrate everything. No rush, no mess no kidding....they are that good. Had to tip these guys; no doubt.

The geek squad did an excellent job mounting and connecting my tv and devices as well as showing me how to use it and giving advice on the type of tv service I need for it.

It was a 3rd party that came out that works through best buy he did a great job on mounting my 48 inch c1 oled tv if you have total tech support get the premium instead of basic same price

My husband and I attempted to mount his new 65" television. Ran into some problems so he called Best Buy to have them install. The gentlemen that arrived were very professional knowledgeable and courteous. They installed the unit quickly.

I wish I could give my Geek Squad install team 10 stars! They were polite, professional and super fast! I was surprised just how quick the TV was mounted. It took more time to get everything plugged in then to mount and level the TV.

They installed my 75 inch TV rather quickly. I know the price is a little higher but it’s worth it.

They did great mounting and hooking everything up, vert fast and cleaned up when done.

I want to make this clear. The installation crew was great. The scheduling for the install was a nightmare. The night before installation we were given a time window of 2:00 to 4:00 pm. The morning of installation we were able to track the TV and the crew. ETA was 2:15. At 9:20am we received a text that our crew would be here at 9:50am. This was now a big problem for our morning schedule. The crew knocked at the door at 9:50am. They were embarrassed that they were there once they saw my information. Very stressful.

Great service and the agents did a phenomenal job mounting and setting up my TV.

My tv was mounted on the wall. They connect my tv to dish network and WiFi. They also set up my dish network remote to work with the tv. They ran through how to operate the tv and answered all my question.

Geek Squad was very nice and friendly. Set up my mount and got TV set up and running nicely. Explained remote and even programed it to my TiVo remote so my wife and I both can control TV; each one having a remote.
