The installers did a great job of mounting my tv on the wall. Cleaned up all the other wires (computer, printer) and zip tied all. Very respectful and explained everything they were going to do. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend getting total tech and having geek squad install your TV. They make sure everything is centered and connected, and all without a mess.

We did not have a tv mount and set-up. This is what the person on the phone when I made the appointment set it up as. We bought a large screen TV and had Geek Squad install and set it up 8 years ago. This recent appointment was needed to troubleshoot why we were not able to get our Prime, Netflix, or XBOX while we could get internet on our laptops and other items. Ramon and another gentleman from Geek Squad came out and got it all taken care of in about 30 minutes and also got us set up with Total Tech Support for all our electronics. We are very happy with them and their work ethic. We have been customers of Best buy for close to twenty years. Thank You.

I love the Geek Squad service. They delivered my TV, mounted it to the wall and helped set it up. The Geek Squad even set up the surround sound system. They were very helpful. They even took my broken TVs with them. I definitely recommend the Geek Squad to help with any electonics you purchase.

The crew that showed up was great! On time, friendly (they even took time to greet my dogs so they'd be more comfortable with strangers), and they got the job done right the first time without making any mess.

The guys from Geek squad did a great job mounting our 75 inch TV. They were very professional and knowledgeable, especially Travis. They asked us exactly where we wanted it and it looks great!

Geek Swuad was great. As senior citizens, we could have never hung our 65” TV. They had to come back for some adjustments and training.

This was my first interaction with the team mates from the Geek Squad. First impression was consummate professionals. From start to finish, what a pleasant experience the entire process was. Nothing was left for me to do. I was even going to vacuum but, they beet me to it. Old TV removed, new one hung, including sound bar, instructed me how to use, answered questions, programmed everything and made sure everything was hooked up and working. Highly recommend the Geek Squad.
