My sales rep, Casey Hicks, provided superior customer service. He listened to what I wanted, then made recommendations. I ended up with an awesome mounted tv, sound bar, DVD player, and they set up everything with my cable box. The Geek Squad was Nick & Dallas. I just need to hit one button to get it going. I love, love, love it! Casey, Nick & Dallas are examples of how to treat a customer.
