The work was done well and the agents explained whst was going on. I was very pleased with the service and am happy that I got the geek squad program,very happy with the result.

I would highly recommend getting total tech and having geek squad install your TV. They make sure everything is centered and connected, and all without a mess.

Geek Squad arrived on time and treated my home as they would their own. The crew was very friendly and professional. All care was taken installing my large 85” tv. They recommended a better TV mount than I had and I agreed. The install was high quality and efficient. TV was set up after install. I was also amazed how Best Buy was on top of everything. Glad I chose the installation package.

The two individuals did a great job, explaining what needed to be done and how it was going to be accomplished. They kept the work neat and cleaned up after they were done!

Geek Squad did a terrific job installing my tv. They were very knowledgeable and went over any questions we had. Kevin has also been available to answer any questions even after the installation.

The agent put the TV mount on the wall and connected the TV to everything that we needed. Our agent was super knowledgeable, efficient and kind. He did a wonderful job and completely cleaned the area when he was finished.

Geek Squad service for installation and set up of Samsung 85" TV was very excellent. They were fast and efficient and knew exactly how to do every task required to make me happy. They made sure everything worked just the way I wanted. I was so pleased that I would certainly use them again.

The agent was on time and mounted the TV on a wall mounting I provided. He was thorough and had the installation complete in a efficient time frame. Quality of work was excellent.

I was a bit nervous that the Geek Squad team wouldn't be able to mount my television higher than where they originally mounted the previous, smaller television, but they got it done with no problems!!!

THESE GUYS CAME IN AND TOOK NO TIME SETTING-UP MY SET ON THE WALL, AND MAKING SURE CABLES WERE ROUTED RIGHT.(NO VISIBLE OBSTRUCTIONS). THEY LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND ANSWERED EACH ONE ACCORDINGLY!!!!. THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD!!

The Geek Squad agents were great. Mounted 3 TVs and 2 sounders in quick order. The store did not sell me the correct mount for one of the TVs but they had it on the truck. They set up the TVs and all my streaming and made sure everything was good to go and I understood the remotes. They were professional and competent

The techs brought my new TV with the wall mount, moved existing TV as planned. They taught me how to operate the new TV. Great service!
