geek squad did a excellent job setting up new TV and installing wall mount. Our geek help explain all the functions and how to use them.

The agents did a nice job installing the TV and the mount. Everything was connected well and they explained what we needed to do. It wasn’t the installers fault but we weren’t happy that no one told us ahead of time that we had to pay extra to have the TV installed over our fireplace.

Scott was able to insure the wall mount was put up without issue, which removed a lot of pressure for me doing it myself... Peace of mind. I didn't damage my new tv and it was done right.

Thanks! This is the third TV that's been mounted on my original TV mount. Which I bought from Best But several years ago. Really glad I had the pro's do it!

My guys were late, but were very knowledgeable and did a great job installing the tv.

In depth questions before they made the delivery so they can plan accordingly. I received a call with plenty of heads up and they made sure everything was setup how we wanted it.

The installers who mounted the TV and installed the audio equipment did a super job. Very through in explaining the function of each piece, walking me through the installation and setup of all. Couldn't of asked for better, professional service. Very pleased.

Original install was crooked. 2nd install is great!

The Geek Squad did a great job of mounting and reactivating my 75" smart TV. They were efficient, cleaned up after the job was done, and were knowledgeable and able to answer all my technical questions.

Agent mounting the TV did a good job placing it and was able to help me setup multiple streaming channels.

Geek Squad team came in and using the mount I provided attached my 65” TV to the wall. It took them less than 40 minutes to complete the job and they set up my remote along with my Apple TV streaming device in minutes. Very reasonable charge as I’m a member.

great installation, lefty the tape and couldn't set it up. Very poor wouldn't use you again.

Installers mounted tv and connected sound bar for optimal use. They were courteous, explained operation of tv / sound bar, and answered all our questions.
