The guys did a great job. Super professional. We wanted to tip them but they refused and informed us it was not allowed by Best Buy policy. They deserve some kind of bonus or recognition. Best install we’ve ever had.

Jonathan and his associate was great. At time my t.v. mount had not arrive before my scheduled appointment they had an extra on with them. But right before they hung there's mind had arrived.

The agents really knew what they were doing setting up my new The Frame TV. It was much trickier than I could have handled. They were also a wealth of information about which speaker should go where and what other components I could use to get the ultimate movie experience. They were quick and efficient. Friendly and neat....you could not ask for more!

Everything was great but the price. It does not pay to have Geek Squad services like it used to. I probably will not renew.

Man, 4 guys came out to install the 100" tv and it was free! They did a great job and took away the packaging. No mess (just had to run vacuum for yiny debris; no big deal)

The Geek Squad was on time, very professional, knowledgeable in explaining the working of my new Samsung 4K TV. They were very fast in the installation, approximately less then an hours time, were I would have spend hours to make sure I was doing it properly.
