Jacob did an excellent job installing into a concrete wall. Wore bootie’s every time he came in. Cleaned up and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him.

Although I asked for a Geek Squad delivery, a contract delivery person was dispatched to deliver and install the TV. Since I also asked for a hall-off of my old TV which was very large and heavy and needed two strong men, they only sent 1 person. I had informed the delivery customer service in several phone calls that it would require 2 strong men. We even had to re-schedule the delivery because the first delivery person was a single woman and could not of done the hall-away alone. I’m am very disappointed that no one read the customer service notes!

Geek squad was great with mounting my tv on the wall. The technician knew what they were doing and was quick on installing it and setting everything up

Geek Swuad was great. As senior citizens, we could have never hung our 65” TV. They had to come back for some adjustments and training.
