Geek Squad Install was done nicely and neatly, highly recommend!

The team arrived on time, install the TV and TV mount, pleasant and helpful and removed all trash before leaving. Very happy with

the two installers surveyed the space and facilities carefully then went about their work rapidly and effectively. they encountered a few unforeseen problems, but worked around them skillfully and left the finished installation quite neat.

The agents mounted our tv,made sure everything was working properly and also madd sure wr were satisfied before leaving.

I had a dismount and a remount of a large TV. All of the technicians did an excellent job, and they did it very quickly!

I recently purchased a 65" Samsung TV and had it delivered and setup. The gentlemen that installed was very professional in making sure everything was working to my satisfaction. He was not in a Geek Squad vehicle nor in Best Buy uniform, so my assumption is a sub-contractor with Best Buy. There was no mounting required. The picture quality is superb and far exceeds my expectations.

The agents were very professional and efficient. They mounted the tv and helped get everything connected and the remotes working.

It was a challenge for geek squad with a 85” Samsung on an odd shaped space but they stuck with it and got the job done. Looks great!

The crew installed the mounting bracket, pulled wires from the media station, hooked up connectiokns and mounted our new 55 inch TV. They made sure it was working correctly. I only had to enter logins for accounts.

The Tech was there right on time. Was respectful of my house and things and did a great job of mounting the TV and connecting everything. He also helped with some adjustments to the TV that helped quite a bit. Excellent experience.

The agent arrived on time and mounted the TV as I wanted. He listened to me and answered all the questions I had, as well as demonstrating how to use it and showing me things I did not know about nor expect.

Fantastic team. Moved the old tv, mounted the new and then spent time walking me through everything I needed to know.

The installers, Jasper and Ceasar, did a great job. Mounted the new TV and got it connected up and set up quickly and correctly. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to make sure we were happy with the results.

Best service I could ask for, they where on time and did not need much time to complete the mounting service.

Installers were not Geek Squad because we needed a quick install at our office for a conference room/zoom meeting room. The installers came promptly, worked quickly, were pleasant, and did an excellent job.

The team did a great job mounting on a wall mount I already had for my previous tv and they set everything up - including my new Sonos bar.
