Was expecting "Geek Squad". Instead, TV was installed by an outsourced 3rd party. They should up at the house with my new TV in the bed of their truck. Fortunately, there were no issues with the TV but was expecting something more professional. They were nice guys who did a good job. I had provided new 4K HDMI 2.1 cables. Only AFTER they completed the install did they tell me that they couldn't get one of the cables through the in-wall cable management tube. They setup my AppleTV device behind the TV just sitting on the mount. So far it's working fine but would have been nice if they had consulted me prior to making their own decision. The tube in the wall is 2 inches so there should not have been a problem with 2 HDMI cables. They were NOT equiped to handle this job. They could have easily fished the cables through but did not have the proper tools. Should not have cost me $250 for this job.

Agents came in with the Tv and all the stuff we ordered. Hooked it all up and explained everything. Had to come back and fix a wire and a setting but not a problem. They were very knowledgeable, timely and mannerly.

This mount is fantastic. I can pull my 83 inch TV out to access items in the wall unit behind with room to spare. I recommend this item unconditionally.

Mounted new tv on my articulating mount, moved old tv to new wall mount in master bed room, all great, clean, and professional. New lg tv quit after 8 hours use, Best Buy was very fast and installed new replacement. HAPPY CAMPER!

The technician was great and very respectful of my property and surrounding items. He told me his process with explanation and gave recommendations. If I could request only him for future installs I definitely would.
