The Geek Squad representative was very informative of everything. Also he was very quick & efficient with the installation.

We are very pleased with our purchase of a Sony 65" television. It has both a great picture and sound. Geek Squad did an excellent job of mounting our new t.v. on a livingroom wall.

The two gentlemen were respectable and explained everything as they installed my wall mount tv today. There is nothing like speaking to a real person in person.

Installer’s did a great job. On time, communicated very well and did an outstanding job on installation.

We received a call canceling the installation on the date of install. A few hours later the installers showed up anyway with our 65” tv laying on its side in a Honda Accord. Installation went okay, but the lead installer asked if we would dispose of the box. We declined, since that should be included with the installation service. Tipped anyway.

The agent was very nice and respectful. She connected the TV and made sure that everything was working correctly.
