The agent mounted my tv bracket and programmed my tv. He was very professional and had the tv mount hung in 30 minutes. He did a very good job.

The Geek Squad technicians did an excellent job of installing my TV and doing wire management. Very professional and very neat and knowledgeable.

The team was outstandng. Mounting the tv was done after having to make some changes from the way the old mount was done. They were very informative and kept the social distancing while working.

I was a bit nervous that the Geek Squad team wouldn't be able to mount my television higher than where they originally mounted the previous, smaller television, but they got it done with no problems!!!

I am quiet pleased with the speed and hassle free manner, by which the geek squad reps where able to put up both the tv mount and tv on to the wall. The representative were both very friendly and professional!

Chris and Jason were amazing! They hung our 77” smart 4K TV perfectly and quickly. Chris made sure I was WiFi connected and showed me how to access all my apps.

Unfortunately, this was Round Two for having tv replaced/unmounted/new one mounted...due to 'glitching' by using streaming device (Roku) other than 'built-in' version (Google) we think. Actually will have another (hopefully final one!) tv delivery/ uninstall/new tv mounted soon...this time switch to actual Roku tv. Bottom Line: from the techs IN the store, a particular manager, particular tech & every tech that has come to my house, STELLAR!!

The service team mounted the new TV and removed the old TV in under 1 hour. Their professionalism was awsome.

The agents mounted my 100 inch tv and was so friendly throughout the process.

The agents wore protective footgear and masks, were friendly and professional, and cleaned up. My installation required install on a firewall with metal studs. The crew installed with no problem.

Two technicians were great. Very nice and left the area clean. Quickly took down old TV and put up new when.

I paid $200 to have the TV mounted, installed, and I thought hooked to my devices. Apparently a sound bar and sub do not count because there was an extra $50 charge for that. That was not mentioned prior to the installation even though I told them a head of time what all I had to hook up. Also kept telling me how crappy my mounting bracket was and trying to get me to buy theres even though I've used this brand for years. Granted this is a much larger TV, but the bracket is rated for it. My installers were knowledgeable and friendly however. They explained things as they were going and made sure to show me how everything worked. If something goes wrong in the next few years it could come in handy. If you know what you're doing probably just do the work yourself and save the money, unless you want the protection plan.

Looks excellent, fits perfectly and allows my large center speaker to sit under the 55 inch TV. Would recommend this TV mount. Great product.
