We did not have a tv mount and set-up. This is what the person on the phone when I made the appointment set it up as. We bought a large screen TV and had Geek Squad install and set it up 8 years ago. This recent appointment was needed to troubleshoot why we were not able to get our Prime, Netflix, or XBOX while we could get internet on our laptops and other items. Ramon and another gentleman from Geek Squad came out and got it all taken care of in about 30 minutes and also got us set up with Total Tech Support for all our electronics. We are very happy with them and their work ethic. We have been customers of Best buy for close to twenty years. Thank You.

The agents wall mounted two TVs and two sound bars and made sure all components worked properly and remotes were synced. Answered all questions and spent the necessary time to get the job done right the first time.

The geek squad installed a wall mount on the wall as well as mounting the TV on it. It looks like it has always been there.
