After trying for a weekend to get the tv straight. Called the geek squad to come out and fix it. So glad i did. They were in and in under two hours after mounting two 75 inch tvs. Courtesy friendly. Already have them doing more

The agents notified me half hour before they arrived. They very courteous and did an excellent job mounting the TV and installing the in wall mounting kit. NO WIRES! and NO MESS. Would definitely recommend them.

He arrived on time and mounted the TV with no problem. After he was done, he showed how to move the TV around.

The Geek Squad uninstalled a non - working tv and installed and mounted the new tv with no wires hanging as was my original expectation from my in store purchase with Best Buy three weeks after original purchase. They worked well together as a team and got the job done, but charged an amount that I was told I would not be required to pay any additional fees.

It looked to be a significant opportunity for injury if I tried to install this myself. Geek Squad saved me and made everything regarding my TV installation set up complete above and beyond my expectations.

My installer went above and beyond what he had to. Due to a miscommunication the TV was not with him when he came to mount it. He drove back to Best Buy to get it, drove back and mounted it.

I previously reviewed the process for scheduling delivery and installation of 2 LG TVs purchased in early December 2020 one of which was a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the gift was delivered two weeks later than originally desired and I just picked up the smaller (50") TV and mounted it myself. The scheduling and delivery aspect was a miserable and poorly managed process. In contrast the installation was well done in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. The Geek Squad Technicians were courteous, programmed and connected the unit to the other components ( 4K LG Disc Player and sound bar) and moved the old TV. The units themselves seem to be high quality and a good value. Just don't trust Best Buy's initial online scheduling and start the process much earlier than you think you should need to given their limited number of delivery/install slots and archaic scheduling system.

The guys were punctual, courteous, quick and accommodating! 10 out of 10!!
