Great installer explained everything before and after install

The geek squad mounted my tv very quickly and professionally.

I should have looked at the work better, but when you pay for “professional service” you expect professional service. That’s not the case anymore, I’ve been wanting to install my soundbar and decided to see where the tv mount lag screws were at, that’s when I noticed the very “professional” install. It me of the bolts is not mounted flush not even close like an inch worth of lag screw hanging out and the bolt above it seems like it’s being dragged down by the weight, do not hire these people. This install is absolute garbage. To think I was eventually going to hire them to mount my sound bar and install the outlet behind the wall to hide all the cables but with garbage install I don’t think so. The fact we were having a conversation and they acted friendly towards me, to turn around and leave knowing that’s the garbage work you left behind for a paying customer.

These two guys came in quickly. Set up a Safe work perimeter. Mask and booties cave quick set and informed me how to use the setup. Great quick job.

The agents were wearing booties and white gloves. The lead man, Kennan, was like a hospital technician. His helper was also squared away. I trusted their ability completely. They mounted a 65" TV on a Sanus wall mount perfectly centered in my media room. They cleaned up and even took the giant box away with them so it didn't have to go out in my garbage. They were so good, I bought a plan where they discount their services for further installations, which I just happen to want. TVs on walls are so cool!

Two guys came they were very respectful of you're house they wore coverings over their shoes, discuss where and how I want the TV I had my own TV mount that they put it together and mounted my TV. Then they program all your gadets to your new TV, and when they were done cleaned up everything. Great job!

Professional installation, very happy with the tv and pleasant installers

Alex called ahead, to make sure we were ready for him. He came with a partner to install our 85" TV. Both took their time making sure we like where it would be placed on wall. Took measurements, and made sure everything was level when completed. He even helped set up our TV , and made sure new speaker worked with it! Thanks Alex!

Well worth having the Best Buy team install in my opinion. They were quick and the mount is installed correctly. I did ask them to move to the left a bit and they moved it to exactly where I wanted it.

The entire purchase to set-up,was exceptional. My sales rep, Casey Hicks, provided superior customer service. He listened to what I wanted, then made recommendations. I ended up with an awesome mounted tv, sound bar, DVD player, and they set up everything with my cable box. The Geek Squad was Nick & Dallas. I just need to hit one button to get it going. I love, love, love it! Casey, Nick & Dallas are examples of how to treat a customer.
