Everything was great. They came on time and installed exactly where we wanted.

I was set up by a third-party contractor. He was not equipped with tools to do a fill wire concealment as I hopped for. The tech informed me that his partner called out on him so I actually had to help him lift the TV myself which was an 83-inch OLED display. Notwithstanding, the tech was a good dude and made sure the setup was as good as I could hope for under the circumstances. I appreciate him and his efforts.

The geek agent did a professional job installing our wall mount and TV. He explained all aspects of operation and confirmed that we were fully versed on our new TV before his departure. THANKS BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD!

Fast, cordial and knowledgeable. They also ensure that I was satisfied with the location of the TV before setting it up. they went above and beyond to set up also the blue ray and cable box and took the time to explain the features of the tv.

This was my third delivery of the same tv. First team was rude and actually grabbed a tool right out of my hand. Second time tv still did not work properly. Third times the charm. This single man team was kind, helpful, and skilled. The TV not so much, I am still having some of the same issues.

The technicians had to replace an older TV. The brackets for the new TV had to be updated. I’m very impressed with the quality of the work- they even packed up the old TV in the box for me and got rid of the refuse

Happy to have the Geek Squad handle the installation and set up of my 77" TV. No wall mount here, but handling a TV that big and getting it on its pedestal and then on the TV stand - no thanks. They handled the basic set up and got us going. Later I spent time reconfiguring my whole Home Theater system after some suggestions they made during the visit. Using features I had overlooked in the past, what a joy. I'm a tech guy, but if you aren't, don't ignore the value to having it professionally installed.
