I had 3 TVs mounted and while one was not up to par, Best Buy went out of their way to not only make it right, but to reassure me it would never happen again. No Business is perfect and to me what matters most is the Accountability! Thank you Best Buy.

This is my first wall mount TV and it turns out to be much more attractive and functional than I expected. It also freed up space on a desktop that has been cluttered for years!

Jimmie Lee and his partner are the best! They have been to my homes twice here recently and both times gave timely excellent customer service and had good knowledge of the product. I would love to have him and his partner every time I use the Geek Squad. Had good ideas on exactly where to hang tv and it works exactly as they said. To sum it up great job every time!!!

The Geek Squad did a great job of mounting and reactivating my 75" smart TV. They were efficient, cleaned up after the job was done, and were knowledgeable and able to answer all my technical questions.

They were the best it's definitely worth having them mount the television set's to the wall especially ig you want it done right and look great the reps from Geek Squad were so knowledgeable and excellent hospitality

The delivery/installation of my new TV was flawless! We are more than pleased with the experience. The techs were very courteous and professional. They even offered tips on how to care and maintain the TV. I don’t usually write reviews; however, I am so pleased with this experience that I felt compelled to share it. On the day of delivery two men came in and quickly mounted and setup my new TV. I was told to use my Roku because the TV itself would be cumbersome and I am happy for this advise. I would not have been able to mount a TV this large on my own.

The team that came to mount the TV was great and very helpful, they connected all the devices to the TV and answered all out questions.

The agent mounted my TV, set it up, explained several features on the remote and took away the old TV. Agent came on time, set up a social distancing area, wore a mask and was very courteous.

The team was great when they installed, very fast cleaned up after themselves, and put all my cords together so they were not all over the place for a cleaner look.
