Very professional. Actually did it over to satisfy themselves. The mount weighed #100 and the TV weighed #100. They wanted to be extra sure of the quality of their work. The beauty of it is if it hits the floor it’s on them!!!

The agent’s mounted my tv. Installed wall mount plug. Set up sound system and hid all wires. They Made suggestions and answered questions. I had to do some clean up and cleaning of styrofoam from back of tv. If not for that easy 5 stars.

The tech was very knowledgeable about installation and operation of unit. He noticed a potential opportunity with planned installation location and provided helpful suggestions and feedback on relocating.

The Geek Squad agents were great. Earlier than expected, took great care and cleaned up. Explained everything and answered all all our questions. Well worth the price.

The initial installation was delayed due to a problem but was quickly corrected and the TV mount was installed quickly and expertly. The TV mount is of high quality and works well.

This was the first tv we had mounted and I didn't trust myself to install it myself so I left it to the Geek Squad. They are terrific!!!! Took no time at all and set up the TV for us.

Tv mount is amazing, holds my 75inch Sony without any problems! Nice and easy to tilt and move TV.

The agents not only mounted our TV and crafted the entire unit - cables, lines, etc. - into a well-designed whole, they also took time to provide overview of the features and answered lots of questions.

Was expecting "Geek Squad". Instead, TV was installed by an outsourced 3rd party. They should up at the house with my new TV in the bed of their truck. Fortunately, there were no issues with the TV but was expecting something more professional. They were nice guys who did a good job. I had provided new 4K HDMI 2.1 cables. Only AFTER they completed the install did they tell me that they couldn't get one of the cables through the in-wall cable management tube. They setup my AppleTV device behind the TV just sitting on the mount. So far it's working fine but would have been nice if they had consulted me prior to making their own decision. The tube in the wall is 2 inches so there should not have been a problem with 2 HDMI cables. They were NOT equiped to handle this job. They could have easily fished the cables through but did not have the proper tools. Should not have cost me $250 for this job.
