Received my TV 15 days late as the first time around the technician was a no show. This was a pure inconvenience as it resulted in multiple back and forth and considerable delays because Best Buy/Geek Squad failed to effectively manage their team. Do not accept service via their third party team. That being said, the guys did a great job installing my TV and the store owner made it right and refunded the install.

our installer Art and his assistant were just wonderful. They had a minor adjustment to do after the fact, and Art came back to our home a few days later. He said everything up and now it’s working perfectly.

Jimmie Lee and his partner are the best! They have been to my homes twice here recently and both times gave timely excellent customer service and had good knowledge of the product. I would love to have him and his partner every time I use the Geek Squad. Had good ideas on exactly where to hang tv and it works exactly as they said. To sum it up great job every time!!!

We've had several 75 inch TV's installed over the last several weeks and have been very happy with each authorized Best Buy Geek Rep who has come. They are on time and professional and do a great job.

While mounting my 85" TV the team noticed that the mount I purchased in advance was more complicated and expensive than necessary. They had a more appropriate mount with them which I was able to purchase and they could use right away. Super clean mounting job, they found the appropriate wood studs and levelled everything. Very happy with the final job.

Geeksquad has never let me down. Although I’ve unfortunately had bad luck with very high end Samsung TVs, Geeksquad has always tried to go above and beyond for me.

The delivery/installation of my new TV was flawless! We are more than pleased with the experience. The techs were very courteous and professional. They even offered tips on how to care and maintain the TV. I don’t usually write reviews; however, I am so pleased with this experience that I felt compelled to share it. The agent did a great job connecting and mounting my TV. The only issue I had was the original day of installation I received a call saying they didn't have anyone to come out and I had to reschedule.

I love this. I can pull the tv towards me and turn it right or left. I can also tip it down. I put it in my art studio so I can upload images.
