Geek Squad is perfection. The tv they set up for us is centered and level. They measured to total perfection. They were quick and cleaned up before they left. Amazing how the crew worked so good together!

The squad leader set up my smart TV quickly however the WIFI ability is too limited and to do it properly, I need to set up at same time an EERO MESH network devices system to expand capability of TV Unit and am in current process of doing so. Dana Mounts is and has been a great assistance in knowledge and has set me up to again to work with Travis (Geek Squad). These two are a very knowledgeable team and inter connect with my personal satisfaction in mind.I am blessed to have Best Buy have Dana and Travis to guide me properly to acquire the correct mesh system and get it installed correct. This is being achieved Sept 3, 2020.

Th geek squad was great and efficient in installng our wall mounting arm for the living room TV! They also reviewed the settings on the TV and found it had not been set up properly so they kindly took care of the issue and the TV programs look amazing now. The guys helped me determine the best height to mount the tv. They carefully installed the mount and hung it on the wall. They also hooked up my existing devices and got the tv on. The 65" tv was too wide for one person to install it, so I glad I purchased this service. The installation guys were very friendly and professional. Installed it in about 30 minutes.
