They are great fast professionals everything I’ve had installed so far have been perfect from tvs being mounted and appliance set installed and set up!

The Geek Squad is by far the most professional, knowledgable, and customer-oriented group of technicians we have encountered. They arrived on time, promptly removed our old TV, mounted our new TV, and connected it to our existing sound system. They oriented us to the new operation, explained how it worked with our other systems, and answered all of our questions. I forgot one part of the new operating procedures, and when I called them, they talked me through it while they were en route to their next stop. Their customer service is unbeatable,

I purchased a new Samsung flat screen TV and thought ...what if it was damaged during mounting? To avoid that I hired Best Buy. They arrived on time, were clean and courteous and no one I know could have done it better.

The guys did an outstanding job installing my wall mounts, I made sure can support the TV and I had the right length cable to connect everything and it went very smooth.

The geek squad connected a sound bar to my 82 inch Samsung television. The work was done and completed in a professional manner.

The Squad did a great job of setting up a 75" TV and sound system and when they realized it was being mounted on a concrete block wall, they changed mounting hardware to insure that the proper strength attachment hardware was used. Kudos to being smart and making sound decisions to protect the customers investment. HOWEVER, there was an upcharge (not excessive) for the mounting to a concrete block wall. This should have been discussed in the store and pricing provided at purchase time. With the system attached to the mounting hardware and THEN the upcharge is mentioned there was no choice to not do the upgraded install - and it was the right thing - but it was extremely poorly sold in the store.

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job of installing a very large TV flush with the wall above my fireplace. It appeared to be a complicated installation, but they successfully completed the job in short order. The gentlemen were also extremely polite and friendly. The detritus created by the work was fully cleaned up by them before leaving. Thank you Geek Squad!

Geek Squad install my TV quickly. Guys were professional and they shared some amazing tips and tricks with us which are coming very handy.
