It did take the TECT long to connect my TV.

Professionals who did a great job

More important though was that they first took into consideration where we planned to view the TV and with that in mind made helpful suggestions. At the end of the day a perfect placement and everything cleaned up after. I will use them again.

Great installation but…
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guys were great but I took a star away because it doesn’t make any sense to charge for mounting the new TV and taking away the old and an extra charge for dismounting the old TV. This was the only complaint in one would have been a great service. Honestly, charging me separately to dismount the old tv!?! Shame on Best Buy!!

Travis and his assistance were professional and proficient. I was charged additonal $138 to install over the fireplace. I must have missed the fine print. SMH!!!

They followed all the same carefull steps that I would have. Really nice guys, professional and efficient.
