The 2-person Geek Squad were exceptional in knowledge. The set up of TV and speakers has produced the best sight and sound I have ever experienced. However, what this crew may feel is intuitive is not to this 78-year old consumer. I was left with a single sheet guide to the TV remote. That's it. No "product handbook' for either the LG OLED TV or the LG soundbar system.

The Geek Squad s the only way to go for a variety of installations. Each time, you'll get installers who are highly skilled in their domain. We could not be more please and appreciative.

The two techs were awesome. On time. Friendly. Knew their stuff! Had everything done and cleaned up too, in under an hour. Great work by two professionals.

The Geek Squad installer did a great job unboxing, measuring, and explaining the installation process. He also checked that my TV's video and audio was working properly.

The men did a great job of removing the old TV and hanging the new TV. However, they seemed surprised that they were to hook up the new TV to the existing components (speakers, BD player, etc). They told me they were not required to hook up the components. This made the last part awkward.
