The agent did a great job connecting and mounting my TV. The only issue I had was the original day of installation I received a call saying they didn't have anyone to come out and I had to reschedule.

The tv was mounted in a perfect place, it was a very easy and fast job the guys did.

Dylan and Majestic arrived promptly at the appointed time. They were thorough and precise as well as concerned with our thoughts as to how it should be adapted to the space. Very happy with their performance.

A first had my doubts because the team who came to mount my wall was taking to long, but overall they did a nice clean job and I couldn’t be any happier with how it turned out.

Dakota and John did a wonderful job on Nov 23, 2021. In one hour, they entered wearing masks and footwear covers; determined a wall mount with in-wall wiring was not possible; then helped me decide what to do; then did all the work of installing TV, set-top box and DVD player on a temporary cabinet; and cleaned up when done. There is a lot of work setting up the “not-so-smart” Google TV, and they did it all, skillfully and pleasantly. I am very pleased with the work done by Dakota and John. The quality of Geek Squad work led me to have my iPhone fixed by Best Buy.

They did a good job. The only thing is that they are not allowed to put wires in your wall so they have to charge $150 to make it safe. So that sucked but I paid in order for them to be liable

The Geek Squad mounting my TV and hook up all of the devices to get my TV started. They were nice, knowledgeable and it did not take long for them to set it up. I am very happy with their services .

The installers took down my old tv and installed the new one in under an hour. They were professional and all business.

I was really nervous to have the guys start drilling holes in the wall as the project has metal studs. But they were patient, and did it right the first time and did not leave one hole to fix. The guys were friendly and helpful.

The agents mounted our tvs and connected them to all our devices. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. Jonesy helped us problem solve and looked up, and found, solutions for us so we could put our bluray player and cable box up and not have cords showing. He's amazing! One of a kind. Really can't say enough for how great he is.

After looking at many other mounts, this one was the perfect fit for what we needed. It has a mounting piece that fits the thin, horizontal wood we needed it to fit on and it is very stable for the 65" TV we hung on it. It allows some swivel and up and down movement.

The Geek Squad called to confirm when they would arrive, arrived on time, set up my new TV and connected to all of my existing devices. Great job, would have them do all installs going forward.

The Geek Squad representative (Antonio) was amazing. He communicated with us from the day before his arrival, throughout the installation and even left his number in case we ran into additional problems. He was also great in educating us on how to better understand navigating through the remote control and different channel options. Antonio is a very pleasant young man and very patient. We are very happy with all that he did.
