We were very impressed with our Geek Squad technician. Very professional and knowledgeable about setup and programming the TV. Took extra time to answer all our questions.

The agents removed my very heavy old tube TV. They mounted my new TV to the stand and connected my devices. They programed my cable remote and adjusted the settings.

Geek Squad installed and set up my Lg 55" OLED tv. It is on a brick wall over my fireplace and the agents made sure it was securely mounted in the optimal viewing height and exactly centered on the fireplace. After installation they set up the TV and went through the TV features and remote. They made sure I understood how to change viewer preferences and where all of the connections are They did a great job and reinforced my decision to use their installation

I am beyond Happy with the experience I had today with geek squad! they mounted my 77" TV & sound bar and I looks amazing. they do the job so fast and very professional. they then set up everything on the tv I literally just sat down started watching tv I didn't have to do not one thing. they also explained everything to me and made sure I was 100% happy before they left. The best part for me as a wife and mother was not having to do the clean up because they took care of that! I am a very happy Customer and it was worth every penny to have them come and install the tv for me.

This TV mount is awesome. It pulls out so I can easily make cable connections. And it works well with my Sony 77 OLED.
