The agents were professional and prompt providing installation for my peripheral equipment and television.

My tv was mounted and connected professionally to all components. Total tech support is the way to go! Don’t know what I would do without it!

The installation on the new TV was good but we still can’t get Acorn on our new TV. Wewe are still having problems with the TV we moved into another room.

The assembly of the stand was somewhat tedious and the squad put it together and set it in to place. Next they mounted the television on the adjustable arm allowing the screen to swivel. The wires were all corralled down the center pole and neatly tucked away. Yes, wires as my found system is an older Harmon Kardon with 5 wired speakers and big subwoofer. Next the electronics were all synced: satellite provider, surround sound system, router and the tv. Remotes all integrated to work very well for the components and set up was phenomenal. Great service oriented technicians is the Best Buy!

I love this. I can pull the tv towards me and turn it right or left. I can also tip it down. I put it in my art studio so I can upload images.

Rich and his Teammate did a great job and installed my 75 inch Sony in less than an hour. They educated me on the use of the control and took the time to answer my questions.

The agent was very knowledgeable and an expert in the install of TVs. He installed a mount and a 55" TV in the living room and a mount and 50" TV in the man-cave. He also installed a sound bar on the 55". He was quick and efficient but took time to explain the remotes and unique features of each. Will definitely use Geek Squad for all future installs.

Excellent very professional and I am very pleased and I will being used them again in June when I move for removing my 2 wall mounted tv’s and remount them in my new condo.

Bedroom installation of TV on wall was spectacular. Fred, the technician, was a pro! The wall was not damaged and he knew what he was doing!
