Sam went above and beyond when a mix up with our order happened. We weren't going to get our tvs, let alone have them installed on our scheduled day - which we had scheduled about 2 weeks previously. Sam was getting off work when he learned of our situation. He got our tvs, delivered and installed them - again when he was supposed to be going home for the day, on a Saturday, no less. Friendly, efficient, cleaned work areas from wall mount dust. Excellent customer service.

The work was subcontracted out from geek squad. It only took him an hour to install the TV on a wall mount. He also set up the sound bar and installed the in-wall cable kit. Very professional and clean

What a great no hassle buying experience my wife and so had at Best Buy. We were looking for a XBox X and a new tv for the house. To our surprise they had the Xbox X in and we jumped on it and scheduled for the installation setup for the tv as well. We had a great experience and we are looking to purchase all of our electronics at Best Biy whole we have the TotalTech for all things electronic in our home. What a great deal!

The technician was accompanied by a trainee, so the process was longer than usual. The installation was fine but time pressure limited the amount of questions. The technician was very good as was the installation.

Agent did a good job mounting TV on previously Best Buy installed wall mount however subsequent to mounting new TV connecting cables to back of TV are now exposed and unsightly
