We were so glad to get the Geek Squad to show up at our home through the virus situation Chinese virus help us mounted TV and set up the system I tried to use Geek Squad on the time

The two guys who came were great! Did a good job, were super nice and knowledgeable, very friendly and efficient. Gave general suggestions about set-up and then paid attention to my decisions and made sure to set it up how I wanted. Then walked me through everything after the set-up to make sure I understood all the features.

Installers were very proficient and made useful recommendations.

Geek Squad took pride mounting and installing my TV. They were thorough with what they were doing and furthermore, consulted me before mounting. Afterwards, they provided in depth instructions on operation.

They were fast and efficient. I was lost part of the time in the details, but I worked out the issues.

The team delivered my TV unboxed it hung my mount exactly where it needed to be, they got it all set up on the NET then hung the TV. SUPER PAINLESS. Will do it everytime from this point on.

The agent mounted two tvs and found he had the wrong mount for the third. He picked up the right mount and returned to mount the third on time as promissed

We thought we would have needed Geek Squad to come over and mount the television. The set up is really easy and it will take you at most 10 minutes to screw on be backs to the television and mount the TV to the wall. I recommend anyone going to Best Buy definitely pick one up.

My tv was mounted on the wall. The technicians were wonderful! They showed me all about the tv. Very courteous and on time.
