The agents minute my tv to the wall and got it working before they left

I"m so happy and excited that Rashad & his partner installed our smart tv and they were able to connect my existing old Bose Lifestyle sound system. They did a great job and very clean NO exposed wirings. The following week they installed my old tv to one of the bedroom, again great job. I highly recommend them.

The installation team arrived on time and called before arrival. It was a team of 2 installers for a 65” tv. They were polite, and efficient. They installed the tv on our existing mount, hot it connected to our cable and answered our questions.

When we finally got an installer here after 3 scheduling attempts they were excellent.

The guys didba great job mounting my 86" tv over the fireplace about a non movable center channel. They took great care in centering and going over the height that would look best. I've never used this service before but my dad is getting too old to help me loft 100lbs+ tvs anymore. This is the way to go.

I am an engineer and have always installed these myself but since teh TV weighed 120 lbs I decided to use the installion service. They followed all the same carefull steps that I would have. Really nice guys, professional and efficient.

Well worth having the Best Buy team install in my opinion. They were quick and the mount is installed correctly. I did ask them to move to the left a bit and they moved it to exactly where I wanted it.

I cannot say enough good things about the squad team members who came to install my TV and connect it up to my stereo system. They had all the right answers to some perplexing issues that we faced. They were able to hide all the wires and connect up all of the technology that we had in our home. And when they left, everything worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
