The agents were respectful & kind. They each put slippers on when entering my home. They made me feel in full charge of how high i wanted my tv.

The crew arrived at the scheduled time. They were able to dismount my old TV and mount the new TV using the existing mount, which saved me from having to re-paint the wall. All went smooth.

They were efficient and skilled in the installation. informing me about situations. showed me the basics and installed an app i had been using. There were a couple items I had been told I could connect but they were unable to help.

The 2 installers were fantastic. The cleaned up well and made sure they explained what they were doing and how to use the new equipment.

Made sure TV was mounted properly installed all speaker foe center speaker and surround sound plus all out door speaker to new receiver. Great job all techs, four.

They were very professional and courteous. They generally did a good job however the TV is not level.

The actual installers did a great job once they got to our place, but having to re-schedule multiple times was very irritating. I was also receiving calls to set-up appointments, which I already had an appointment I set online, so was very confusing. Didn't know if the installers were going to actually show up or not. On one instance, I scheduled for earlier int eh day and they showed up after we were gone...with no calls or anything.

The agents mounted my TV on Wall in about 20 minutes very knowledgeable.

They did a great job! It was a hard area to mount a tv and they did it perfectly.

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job of installing a very large TV flush with the wall above my fireplace. It appeared to be a complicated installation, but they successfully completed the job in short order. The gentlemen were also extremely polite and friendly. The detritus created by the work was fully cleaned up by them before leaving. Thank you Geek Squad!
