The actual installers did a great job once they got to our place, but having to re-schedule multiple times was very irritating. I was also receiving calls to set-up appointments, which I already had an appointment I set online, so was very confusing. Didn't know if the installers were going to actually show up or not. On one instance, I scheduled for earlier int eh day and they showed up after we were gone...with no calls or anything.

He did a great job! Helped make sure it was good angel and he hid all my cords so nicely!

He did awesome job to get the TV and sound bar mounted just where we wanted it.

Got the install mainly to just mount the tv since I’m too lazy to do it myself. Little did I know that they actually centered the whole tv on the entire wall, and leveled it ... better setup than I expected

Tv mounting was great. Was very worried walks would be messed up or tv crooked but everything went well. Just be sure to mention if it’s being installed above a fireplace as this could be an extra charge.

Geek Squad installed and set up my Lg 55" OLED tv. It is on a brick wall over my fireplace and the agents made sure it was securely mounted in the optimal viewing height and exactly centered on the fireplace. After installation they set up the TV and went through the TV features and remote. They made sure I understood how to change viewer preferences and where all of the connections are They did a great job and reinforced my decision to use their installation

Both de-installation and reinstallation were done on the same day. They had been scheduled a day apart. This was definitely a benefit.

Installer was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how us use the TV, the Internet connection and the app options. He cleaned up when he was done and took the boxes away. he did an excellent job of mounting the tv
