This TV mount is awesome. It pulls out so I can easily make cable connections. And it works well with my Sony 77 OLED.

The techs who installed my 75" TV did a great job. They were quick, careful and had no issue assembling the mount I'd bought elsewhere and made sure I was happy with where the TV was positioned. Not only that, they were very friendly and answered any questions I had. I'd definited recommend Best Buy's installation and mounting service when buying a TV. It wascwell worth it.

The squad leader set up my smart TV quickly however the WIFI ability is too limited and to do it properly, I need to set up at same time an EERO MESH network devices system to expand capability of TV Unit and am in current process of doing so. Dana Mounts is and has been a great assistance in knowledge and has set me up to again to work with Travis (Geek Squad). These two are a very knowledgeable team and inter connect with my personal satisfaction in mind.I am blessed to have Best Buy have Dana and Travis to guide me properly to acquire the correct mesh system and get it installed correct. This is being achieved Sept 3, 2020.

The geek squad installers were very professional. They took the time to explain the features and benefits of the TV. They cleaned up after the project was complete.

Though I didn’t have the correct size TV Mount, the Geek Squad gave me a thorough understanding of the correct size Mount to buy fir my size TV.

Our installer was very good and installed our new TV above our fireplace and removed and hauled away our old heavy non smart TV!!
